Shipping policy

Standard

This is a 3-5 working day service for £4.50. All items are sent tracked & require a signature when being delivered.

Express

This is a 1-2 working day service for £6.95. All items are sent tracked & require a signature when being delivered. All orders must be placed before midday to guarantee next day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be sent the next day.

Saturday Guarantee Before 1pm 

This is a special delivery service delivered on a Saturday for £9.95. All items are sent tracked & require a signature when being delivered. All orders must be placed before midday on Friday to guarantee delivery for the Saturday. Any orders placed after this time are NOT guaranteed. 

Click & Collect

All orders are usually ready to collect by the next working day however please do not travel to store until you have received your collection email. We require proof of ID & email order confirmation in order to collect.

European Standard

This is a 2-10 working day service dependant on country. Please note all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer & are not included in the price paid at checkout. Should you refuse to pay the costs and the parcel is returned to us, your refund will be deducted with any costs incurred during the returns process from your country. 

Please note: We don't get postal collections over the weekend, any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be collected until the following Monday.
