We offer 14 days from the day you receive your order to send back to us for a full refund. Any returns can be dropped in store or posted back to us at Nuvola Childrenswear, 16 Metquarter, 43 Whitechapel, L1 6DA. We do not offer free returns so you are responsible for paying the return postage cost. We recommend sending your return on a tracked and signed for service.
Please note any items returned must be unworn with all labels in tact. Failure to return with the labels in tact will result in your return being refused and returned to you as we are unable to sell the item on to another customer without the labels.
If you require an exchange, we kindly ask you to place a new order for the desired size and return your unwanted item for a refund.
For items deemed as 'faulty' we must return to the supplier for inspection. Please be aware this process can take up to 4 weeks & there will be no refund or exchange issued until the supplier has confirmed their decision in regards to the item.
